Abstract

Este artículo presenta varias reflexiones acerca del tiempo, su concepción y la relación que tiene con el espacio en las ciencias sociales, la importancia que tienen estas variables al realizar investigación, ya que son inherentes a la materia y a cualquier actividad que realiza el ser humano, por lo que cuando se busca el desarrollo de las comunidades conceptualizado como un proceso que mejore la calidad de vida de la población, este se consolida en un lugar y en un tiempo, por lo que el desarrollo endógeno que busca potenciar las capacidades internas de una región o localidad y el desarrollo local donde las instituciones y/o personas locales se movilizan en una localidad determinada con el fin de “mejorar los ingresos, las oportunidades de empleo y la calidad de vida son idóneas por contemplar las características del espacio o territorio en un tiempo determinado.
