Abstract

El presente análisis tiene por objeto abordar qué es el impacto ambiental, quién lo mide conforme al Reglamento de Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y Protección al Ambiente en Materia de Evaluación del Impacto Ambiental; investigar cuáles son los antecedentes de las disposiciones reglamentarias; estudiar cómo está estructurado el mismo y qué se propone para hacer más especializadas y profesionales las manifestaciones de impacto ambiental en México, así como su medición.
