Abstract

Las estrategias y objetivos del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo de México, 2007-2012, específicamente la estrategia y objetivo 14, referente a educación y medio ambiente, que forma parte del documento antes mencionado son esenciales en el objetivo de esta investigación, la cual se centra en reflexionar la sustentabilidad ambiental y las actitudes de los seres humanos y el consumo desmedido que ha dado paso a una nueva cadena: como es la producción, la comercialización y las agresivas campañas mercadológicas orientadas a vender todo lo que se produce con llamativas envolturas y envases que propician en los consumidores comprar gran cantidad de productos que tienen efectos nocivos para la salud de los seres humanos, de los animales y del medio ambiente.
