Abstract

Este estudo busca fazer uma reflexão dos principais encontros internacionais no tocante do desenvolvimento sustentável e os acordos internacionais, os quais incidem nas diretrizes da responsabilidade social empresarial e gestão ambiental. Em um mundo globalizado e cada vez mais competitivo, há uma crescente exigência as empresas, assim como restrições dos mercados, que impõe uma série de leis, normas e acordos que contemplam a proteção ambiental. Nesse sentido, á luz das diretrizes dos acordos internacionais, todas as medidas atuais apelam por empresas que tenham como filosofia empresarial os fundamentos da sustentabilidade.
