Cambio Climático Vs. Participación Ambiental Comunitaria ¿Solución Acertada?

Abstract

En la actualidad hablar de desastres es más que usual, no importa si son naturales o provocados por el ser humano. La cuestión es que cada día se incurre en más acciones que influyen negativamente en el medio ambiente. Por lo que hoy, la cuestión ambiental se identifica como una de las más importantes preocupaciones de la humanidad. En este estudio el autor no pretende resolver el problema de los desastres naturales provocados por la acción humana, ni del cambio climático, más bien defender un punto de vista a través de reflexiones teóricas, para atenuar el impacto de esos desastres en el medio ambiente, de manera que se puedan tomar decisiones para desarrollar acciones que eviten la proliferación de esos mismos errores para las generaciones futuras. Es por ello que se asume que ante el cambio climático, hace falta primero que todo la participación comunitaria para revertirlo, y se consideran en el artículo un conjunto de principios a tener en cuenta para lograr una genuina participación de las comunidades para solucionar el cambio climático que se ha convertido en un problema global con alto impacto local.
