Abstract

Estamos viviendo la época del cambio global que no solamente se refiere a los cambios desde el punto de vista socioeconómico sino también al comportamiento que nos presenta el medio ambiente terrestre por el período que actualmente vivimos del fenómeno invernadero creciente, deglaciación y cambio de ciclos hidrológicos.
