El Manejo De Los Residuos De La Construcción En El Estado De México En El Marco De La Cooperación Técnica Alemana En México

Abstract

En el marco del Programa Gestión Ambiental y Uso Sustentable de Recursos Naturales, de Cooperación técnica bilateral entre los países México y Alemania, desde 2005 el componente “Gestión de Residuos Sólidos y Sitios Contaminados”, apoya y asesora al Gobierno del Estado de México. Con la entrada en vigor de la Ley General de Prevención y Gestión Integral de los Residuos (LGPGIR), publicada en 2003, Quedan claramente definidas las atribuciones entre los tres órdenes de gobierno, asimismo, se establece que los residuos de manejo especial pasan a ser competencia de las entidades estatales, por lo que en apoyo al fortalecimiento al Estado de México, en el 2007 se desarrolló el Diagnóstico Básico de Residuos de la Construcción, y con base en sus resultados una Norma Técnica Ambiental Estatal.
