Abstract

Las iniciativas de desarrollo local constituyen una respuesta necesaria a los principales retos que enfrentan las localidades en la solución de sus problemáticas. En este contexto, cada vez son más frecuentes las respuestas espontáneas de quienes sienten las necesidades de cada área y la búsqueda de nuevos instrumentos adecuados para la realización de esta nueva estrategia de desarrollo.
