Solución agrícola: aportes como soporte en la asesoría técnica del cultivo de cacao

Abstract

El presente estudio se realizó con la finalidad de mostrar los aportes que brinda las soluciones agrícolas en el proceso de asesoría técnica para el cultivo de cacao en el caso específico de la empresa AGROKIM S.A., además destaca que la solución agrícola empleada en la empresa le permite la gestión integral de los datos de clientes e insumos agrícolas, acceder a información sobre el manejo del cultivo, realizar una estimación de costo de los insumos agrícolas, enviar los reportes de las asesorías técnicas; además cuenta con un canal de comunicación entre el cliente y el técnico agrícola. Él estudió opto para el levantamiento de información el uso de entrevista y encuesta permitiendo conocer el proceso de asesoría técnica. Se utilizó la metodología BPM que permitió comprender el proceso de asesoría técnica y plantear el rediseño del proceso con la implementación del sistema web, además se utilizó la metodología XP aplicando todas sus fases desde el análisis, pasando por diseño, desarrollo, pruebas e implementación del sistema que permitió la automatización de los procesos de asesoría técnica como la gestión de datos; seguimiento del cultivo y un canal de comunicación entre técnico agrónomo-cliente.
