Transparência e participação cidadã em Parintins/AM

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é analisar como as tecnologias de Smart Government podem contribuir para a promoção da transparência e da participação cidadã na gestão pública do município de Parintins/AM. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa aplicada, com enfoque quantitativo e delineamento descritivo e analítico. A análise dos dados se deu por meio de estatística descritiva. Os resultados indicam que as ferramentas de Smart Government estimulam a participação cidadã na administração pública e, por meio dos serviços de governo eletrônico, haveria o favorecimento da fiscalização das contas públicas por parte dos cidadãos parintinenses, além do estímulo para a busca e o acompanhamento das informações concernentes à gestão desta municipalidade.
