Fatores criticos de sucesso no modelo de gestão das startups inteligentes

Abstract

O aumento da concorrência e as mudanças tecnológicas, econômicas e sociais têm desafiado as organizações a repensar o papel crucial de suas políticas e práticas organizacionais. Dentro desse contexto, encontram-se as startups que tem contribuído para o desenvolvimento da Indústria 4.0, definidas como startups inteligentes. Essas empresas caracterizam-se por apresentar modelos de negócios repetitivos, escaláveis e inovadores e desenvolver tecnologias da indústria inteligente. Entretanto, o desafio dos empreendedores tem sido criar modelos de gestão que contribuem na competitividade das startups. Dessa forma, essa pesquisa busca realizar um levantamento dos fatores críticos de sucesso que contribuem no modelo de gestão das startups inteligente.
