O papel do coaching na formação de equipes no âmbito dos recursos humanos

Abstract

O presente estudo, elaborado através de uma revisão básica da literatura, busca compreender a presença do coaching dentro da formação de equipes no âmbito dos recursos humanos. Para isto, inicialmente, fora relatado alguns aspectos que circundam a administração de empresas e os recursos humanos tais como motivação e desafios dentro da área de recursos humanos. Ressaltou-se que a área de Recursos Humanos possui, de modo geral, uma série de desafios para que a empresa seja cada vez mais produtiva e, consequentemente, mais bem-sucedida. Dessa forma, deverá buscar trilhar o caminho da modernização constante.
