La brecha digital en la base de desigualdades del mercado de trabajo en el siglo XXI

Abstract

Sin duda alguna, uno de los grandes desafíos del siglo en curso es la reducción de la brecha digital sobre la base de desigualdades en el sector laboral, a fin de lograr un entorno más justo y equitativo, pero teniendo en consideración que, mientras por una parte el avance y desarrollo de la tecnología se desenvuelve de forma vertiginosa abriendo cada vez más nuevos brazos de I,D+i en Computación en la Nube, Internet de las Cosas, la producción y analítica de Grandes Datos; en la otra cara de la moneda, no se está logrando reducir la brecha digital, lo cual se está traduciendo a su vez en una nueva forma de exclusión social y en el campo laboral también se está convirtiendo en una barrera de competencia y a su vez una forma de exclusión laboral, tomando como una premisa que las desigualdades sociales a su vez también son motores de generación de brecha digital y por ende la desigualdad en el sector laboral es uno de sus más grandes efectos colaterales.
