Proatividade e a estratégia para empresa socialmente responsável

Abstract

O termo sustentabilidade tomou dimensão global, se tornando abrangente e complexo, o que leva ao desenvolvimento sustentável, que é a possibilidade de suprir as necessidades da atual geração, permitindo a capacidade de atender as necessidades das futuras gerações. Neste contexto tem-se a responsabilidade social corporativa, que é a contribuição voluntária das empresas para o desenvolvimento sustentável. Portanto, tem-se como objetivo verificar se as empresas apontadas pelo Guia Exame como referência em responsabilidade social corporativa, estão alinhadas com as práticas proativas de sustentabilidade. Foram analisados os relatórios das empresas vencedoras do guia exame de sustentabilidade 2018, chegando-se a conclusão que estas organizações são proativas e aderentes aos princípios que se espera das organizações com responsabilidade social, econômica e ambiental.
