Influencia e implicaciones de diferentes factores del entorno económico en la gestión del capital humano en la empresa

Abstract

A partir de la identificación de factores relevantes del entorno relativos a globalización, competitividad, desarrollo tecnológico, exigencias de responsabilidad social y escenarios de recesión y crisis económica general, se determinan en el artículo los efectos y repercusiones de estos factores en las empresas, los procesos consiguientes de adaptación y reestructuración, así como las implicaciones derivadas en la gestión del capital humano, condiciones laborales y empleo, concluyendo finalmente con una serie de propuestas de reorganización sobre control de costes y planteamiento de medidas estratégicas, según los objetivos establecidos en el estudio.
