La gran estancia argentina

Abstract

En Argentina tiene lugar una política económica de Estado instrumentada tanto por los gobiernos populistas como por los otros, la cual recicló y recicla a la economía agroexportadora gestada a fines del siglo XIX mediante un modelo conservador que no promueve la ventaja competitiva nacional. Esta política pública duradera administrada por diversos elencos políticos no realizó las reformas artefactuales promotoras de eficiencia y eficacia, ni mediante la industrialización precaria iniciada en los 1930, ni por la financiarización institucionalizada en los 1980 y vigente hasta el día de hoy. Utilizamos a la figura de una Gran Estancia que constriñe al desempeño de la economía público privada porque no desarrolla la ventaja competitiva nacional a partir de las exportaciones, al mismo tiempo que no diversifica ni profundiza los mercados internos. La Gran Estancia argentina personifica un modelo involutivo de organización económica nacional.
