Tecnologías de información y comunicación (TICS) aplicadas a las organizaciones empresariales

Abstract

A nivel de empresa se evidencia una importancia en cuanto al manejo y conocimiento de la tecnología, que es la base del uso de información y comunicación hoy en día, las ciencias y las sociedades se preguntan ¿qué efectos socioculturales implantan las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones en las empresas?, se puede distinguir entre el uso infraestructural o el especializado. Manejando eficientemente las TIC se pueden alcanzar ventajas competitivas, pero es preciso hallar procedimientos convenientes para mantener tales ventajas y aprovechar al máximo su potencial, así como disponer de cursos y recursos alternativos de acción para acomodarlas a las necesidades del instante, pues las ventajas no siempre son permanentes. Para dicha investigación participaron 70 estudiantes del instituto Tecnológico Superior la Mana mediante una encuesta. Se aplicó muestreo no probabilístico. Es una investigación descriptiva, cualitativa, transversal y no experimental, pues a través de esta se establecen las diversas cualidades positivas y negativas, ya que permiten evidenciar la importancia de continuar impulsando programas de fomento del uso de las TIC en las organizaciones empresariales como medio para conseguir la innovación que mejore su nivel competitivo.
