Abstract

O presente artigo tem como objeto de estudo a Relação dos Recursos Humanos e a Inteligência Artificial. O objetivo geral da pesquisa realizada foi verificar as vantagens percebidas na utilização da Inteligência Artificial no setor de Recursos Humanos. Nesse estudo, percebe-se a mudança no RH com a chegada das novas tecnologias, suas novas posturas e novas atribuições nas organizações. Deixando de ser um setor caótico e burocrático, o RH tornou-se um setor estratégico, e a IA possibilita a existência de decisões mais rápidas e eficazes, contribuindo para com o desenvolvimento da empresa e aproximando as pessoas. Muito embora a IA tenha agregado vantagens para o RH, existem os riscos da novidade, a inteligência artificial traz uma sensação ilusória de que tudo se faz sozinho, porém apesar da praticidade, facilidade e rapidez da IA, o ser humano ainda tem o poder de decisão e escolha. Contudo, a IA veio trazer mais efetividade e melhora na qualidade de automatização dos processos, possibilitando mais agilidade e acertos nos procedimentos realizados na área de Gestão de Pessoas.
