Abstract

El artículo hace un análisis bibliográfico sobre la importancia de administrar el conocimiento en las organizaciones y cómo la filosofía de "saber lo que sabes" puede agregar valor a la organización y una clara ventaja competitiva. En el mundo empresarial actual, marcado por una dura competencia, aprovechar el conocimiento tácito solo puede ayudar a las organizaciones a sostenerse en el largo plazo. Este artículo está escrito con el objetivo principal de analizar cómo el conocimiento en una organización puede ser utilizado por aquellos que trabajan en él en todo momento, y como el cambio del conocimiento personal al conocimiento de la organización puede ser decisivo y transformador dentro de las organizaciones. Los aspectos conceptuales, metodológicos y pragmáticos de la gestión del conocimiento se exploran en el presente artículo.
