Lograr establecer motivación e incentivos no económicos para los trabajadores dentro de una organización

Abstract

Este trabajo se realiza palpando la necesidad de la implementación de motivación e incentivos no económicos en los trabajadores de una organización para que de esta forma encontrar satisfacción y bienestar para ellos. Es transcendental también mencionar la importancia que tiene el departamento de talento humano, dejando claro que el trabajador es el valor fundamental y más importante en la empresa antes que lo económico. Por medio del análisis realizado se quiere llegar a determinar cuáles podrían ser las técnicas que logren motivar a los empleados y de la misma forma cuales sería los incentivos no económicos que permitan al trabajador sentirse a gusto en la organización.
