Abstract

Las organizaciones tienen como base fundamental el planificar las cosas que necesitan para cumplir con sus actividades, es por esto que el analizar y planificar la forma en la que suplen la demanda de los bienes o servicios que son requeridos por los consumidores. Es por esto que las acciones que se toman por parte de las personas que dirigen la organización son de vital importancia al momento de determinar los alcances de sus actividades las cuales deben estar destinadas al control y establecimiento de políticas que los ayuden a mejorar los niveles de eficacia y eficiencia organizacional.
