Educação empreendedora: comportamento empreendedor à luz do empreendedorismo institucional

Abstract

No presente ensaio objetivou-se analisar, com base na teoria institucional, no empreendedorismo institucional, implicações para o desenvolvimento do comportamento empreendedor em instituições de ensino superior, diante da educação empreendedora. Como resultado da reflexão realizada verificou-se três implicações do empreendedorismo institucional para o desenvolvimento do comportamento empreendedor, tendo em vista a ideia de universidade empreendedora, sendo: o ambiente para promoção do empreendedorismo institucional, práticas de educação empreendedora, e, a consciência do indivíduo para o desenvolvimento do comportamento empreendedor.
