Planeación estratégica y la vinculación con el liderazgo

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar la importancia de la planificación estratégica la cual la ejecutan las personas que tienen un cargo de alto nivel gerencial para determinar las reglas y planes generales dentro de la organización que se desean alcanzar en un mediano y largo plazo es decir en un período mayor a 1 año. Este trabajo se justifica mediante referencias bibliográficas para el análisis y la reflexión o revisión, documentos o publicaciones relacionadas con el caso de estudio, artículos de revistas, libros etc., además las líneas de investigación aplicadas a la administración. Los grandes directores de una organización deben ser líderes y poseer la cualidad persuasiva de influir en otras personas para el logro de los objetivos planteados para que se realicen actividades que no solo beneficien a los dueños de la empresa sino a todos los empleados de la organización en general y se desarrolle un ambiente que va a beneficiar a todos.
