Abstract

La globalización rige la dinámica empresarial y el surgimiento de organizaciones bajo prácticas diferentes a las conocidas y socializadas a través de modelos teóricos precedentes. Desde esa perspectiva trasformadora, se analiza un nuevo sistema: la empresa red o global, que ante la influencia de un “todopoderoso†proceso tecnológico, científico y cognitivo, modifica el ámbito empresarial al descentralizar funciones y proponer mecanismos de desarrollo. Partiendo de ahí, el fenómeno que cotidianamente se difunde como un tenebroso fantasma, coloca sobre el tapete otras alternativas de internacionalización que cobran sentido cuando, en virtud de estrategias flexibles, crecen innovación y productividad para garantizar el éxito y la sostenibilidad de la organización.
