Abstract

El presente artículo aborda las dimensiones de las Relaciones Industriales en la pequeña empresa, con el objetivo de describir cada una de ellas , que sirvan de precedente para coadyuvar a las formalización teórica de las áreas que definen el manejo de la relación empleado patrón en este tipo de organización. Además se dimensiona a nivel de la pequeña empresa, debido a ser un área de aplicación poco estructurada y que por ande, ese nivel de estructura no le permite desarrollarse desde sus relaciones laborales internas. El conocimiento de estas dimensiones permite sentar las bases de su formalización y de su plataforma competitiva para el crecimiento y desarrollo.
