Abstract

Los tributos son obligaciones que se deben de aportar al estado por la administración pública o recaudos indirectos, que toda persona natural o jurídica contribuye con el estado, otros entes y servicios públicos, entre otros; por lo tanto, se utiliza la factura como comprobante de compra y venta para toda operación económica. Adicionalmente, existe la factura, nota de crédito, nota de débito, comprobante de retención y guías de remisión, todas ellas pueden ser electrónicas que se realizan en aplicaciones usando la conexión de Internet. El comprobante electrónico, es un documento que cumple con los requisitos legales y reglamentarios exigidos por la Ley, misma que debe de tener una firma electrónica, y tiene validez como un documento físico, reduce el tiempo y contribuye al medio ambiente ahorrando papel y tinta de impresión. La facturación electrónica es importante para el aprovechamiento de medios electrónicos; además existen algunas aplicaciones para enviar y recibir facturas, con soluciones adecuadas que ayudan a los usuarios para la obtención de las mismas.
