Abstract

La tecnología está rompiendo el día a día la vida personal, laboral y profesional; por lo tanto, facilita los servicios financieros para las transacciones en el entorno a través de los smartphone. En el caso de las finanzas digitales, es una herramienta importante para lograr mayor inclusión financiera y expansión de servicios básicos y financieros para realizar mediante el uso de internet transferencias bancarias, abrir pólizas de acumulación, recibos electrónico estado de cuentas, consulta de saldos de las cuentas, cobro de cheques entre otros. Los servicios financieros digitales son la utilización de flujos financieros de manera oportuna, segura y precisa, estos se pueden realizar a través de los Smartphone que dispone la aplicación para realizar las transacciones financieras.
