Abstract

El presente artículo se realizó como un aporte al cálculo de un flujo de caja que no utilice la perpetuidad ni una política de dividendos definidos y que permitan el flujo de caja administrando eficientemente la tesorería, para una mejor comprensión de la temática se utilizan definiciones para aclarar la terminología utilizada, se detalla con ejemplos prácticos que expliquen de una mejor manera la metodología que permite el cálculo.
