Estudio Empã Rico Sobre El Insider Trading En Espaã‘A

Abstract

En este artículo desarrollamos un modelo empírico en el que analizamos el fenómeno del Insider Trading en España bajo diferentes puntos de vista. Para su desarrollo nos basamos en las opiniones de un grupo muy cualificado de profesionales que desarrollan su trabajo diario en los ambientes societarios, bursátiles y auditores. Abordamos aspectos relacionados con los consejos de administración, la supervisión y sus distintos participantes. Las conclusiones finales apuntan a una mayor regulación y control de los consejos de administración y de la operativa bursátil, así como de los diferentes profesionales implicados. En el ámbito de la contabilidad se muestran elementos a controlar.
