Abstract

Este trabajo analiza la vigencia del concepto de Estructuras Productivas Desequilibradas a partir de un pormenorizado estudio del texto de Marcelo Diamand (1972) que le dio origen para recomendar una estrategia de tipos de cambios diferenciados. Señala al respecto una serie de equivocaciones en la argumentación y la necesidad de rever las dicotomías planteadas entre el sector primario y la industria.
