La Cadena De Valor Del Sistema Agro-Alimentaria En La Comunidad Autã“Noma Del Paã S Vasco

Abstract

La cadena de valor agroalimentaria tiene como núcleo fundamental a la industria alimentaria. Esta, si bien es relativamente importante en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco, no refleja a nivel de contribución al PIB, la aportación que el conjunto del sistema agro-alimentario aporta a la economía. Por ello, y través de una serie de atribuciones metodológicas, el trabajo trata de medir la aportación al PIB del sistema agro-alimentario en un su sentido más amplio, obteniendo que su aportación es siete veces más grande que lo que la industria alimentaria aporta. Adicionalmente, se calculan los multiplicadores de los diferentes sectores así como sus demandas con el fin de obtener una foto de lo que se entiende como cadena de valor del sistema agro-alimentaria en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco. Finalmente, se aboga por unas cuentas satélites oficiales que permita realizar un cálculo más preciso tanto de este sistema tanta a nivel del caso de estudio como a nivel del conjunto de España.
