El Medio Ambiente De Los Stakeholders: Un Anã Lisis Descriptivo

Abstract

Los stakeholders organizacionales motivan la adopción la toma de decisiones en los sectores empresariales y reciben las consecuencias de tales decisiones. Una aplicación adecuada de este conocimiento representa una condición indispensable para poder afrontar la tarea gerencial, entendida como la dirección e intento de satisfacción de unos intereses que proceden de agentes diversos y que en ocasiones resultan claramente contrapuestos. Utilizando los datos de revistas científicas, se analizarán las relaciones principales de estos stakeholders en relación con el medio ambiente, asunto social de gran trascendencia en el entorno competitivo actual. Se debe desatacar, que esta primera investigación será de índole descriptica y cualitativa, buscando con ella sentar las bases fundamentales para las siguientes líneas de investigación en la República Dominicana pues, existen pocas investigaciones o ninguna en esta área del medio ambiente y recursos naturales.
