Abstract

La pregunta de investigación es: hasta qué punto los negocios pequeños han aumentado el uso de las redes sociales con los Smartphone. Smartphones han beneficiado la vida humana para proporcionar muchas herramientas en un dispositivo sencillo. Los Smartphone también tienen ser una ventaja al crecimiento de las redes sociales. Las redes sociales ayudan a la comunicación de personas haciendo que ello un requerimiento para negocio, especialmente para los que recién empiezan. Primero tiene que sobreentenderse la evolución de Smartphone y cómo aparece en el mundo entero. También conocer las consecuencias de tener un Smartphone es positivas y negativas. El uso de la red social y descripción de cada una. Las redes sociales que más se utilizan son: Facebook, Twitter e Instagram. Entonces analice los problemas que las redes sociales pueden traer. Una vez que es claro la tecnología el trabajo se enfocará en los negocios pequeños. Características de negocios pequeños para analizar los asuntos sociales y éticos. Otra parte importante es el impacto de las redes sociales en los negocios pequeños. En conclusión los Smartphone aumentan el uso de las redes sociales y las redes sociales son un beneficio para los negocios pequeños.
