Los €Œstakeholders†Como Ventaja Competitiva En El Sector Empresarial

Abstract

En las últimas décadas estamos presenciando la influencia de los “STAKEHOLDERS†o también denominados Grupos de Interés de los sectores empresariales, estos a su vez, no pueden ser ignorados por la gerencia administrativa. De esta forma, las relaciones entre la empresa y cada uno de estos “stakeholders†han pasado de ser una actividad de escasa significación en el éxito competitivo a ser considerada una necesidad importante. En el presente estudio, tras definir el término “stakeholders †se trata de la influencia de éstos en la estrategia, debido al interés que muestran los sectores empresariales, siendo la relación con cada uno de ellos una fuente de ventaja competitiva. Finalmente, se hace referencia a la reputación empresarial como expresión del asentamiento en estas relaciones.
