Conceptualización de un modelo de gestión sistémico para pequeñas empresas familiares

Abstract

Las pequeñas empresas familiares (PEF) enfrentan condiciones de competencia, incertidumbre, estructura y decisión muy diferentes a las que tienen las empresas más grandes. Por lo que la teoría administrativa clásica se ha visto limitada para poder atender las necesidades de modelos y metodologías adecuados a estas condiciones que permitan deducir un sistema de gestión para la pequeña empresa. Tomado la Teoría de Sistemas como fundamento, es que se estudia a través de entrevistas la operación de pequeñas empresas comerciales (abarrotes) encontrándose que este tipo de empresas son sistemas que contienen tres subsistemas que a la vez interactúan con cuatro sistemas de su entorno, el cual se define a partir de la percepción del gestor de la pequeña empresas.
