Reflexiones sobre el concepto de capital humano desde la Teoría Económica: valoración

Abstract

En todas las épocas el conocimiento ha resultado un componente importante en la consecución del desarrollo. En los últimos años esta relación se ha tornado mucho más dependiente, al punto que es considerado como el recurso limitante en los procesos productivos, por delante de otros factores tradicionales. En ese contexto en los últimos tiempos ha retomado singular significado: el Capital Humano. El artículo se propone contribuir a la reevaluación de este concepto desde diferentes tendencias de la teoría económica, de manera general se apunta la posición de la perspectiva neoclásica sobre el tema y el criterio divergente desde las posiciones de la teoría económica marxistas al considerar que contextos y perspectivas metodológicas diferentes requieren definiciones alternativas al concepto de Capital Humano.
