La gestión del conocimiento factor clave de competitividad. Un estudio de los modelos y paradigmas

Abstract

La gestión del conocimiento pretende ser la solución ante los múltiples cambios del entorno. Para esto, se deben de analizar los diferentes modelos y paradigmas que se han utilizado dentro de diferentes investigaciones. Diversos estudios han llevado a considerar variables adicionales como aprendizaje y competitividad en sus diferentes niveles. El presente estudio trata de analizar un trayecto histórico-actual de modelos y paradigmas utilizados bajo la relación gestión del conocimiento-aprendizaje-competitividad teniendo como actor principal al individuo bajo el lente de diferentes investigaciones a lo largo del tiempo.
