Relações colaborativas e os resultados competitivos em rede de empresas

Abstract

O presente estudo procurou analisar os benefícios competitivos provenientes das relações de cooperação entre empresas participantes de redes de empresas. Para atingir os objetivos do trabalho foi realizado um estudo bibliográfico. Em termos gerais, observa-se que a formação de redes de empresas contribui para ganhos competitivos nas organizações associadas, destacando-se os benefícios do ganho de escala a partir de compras conjuntas.
