Responsabilidad social corporativa en las empresas. Camino hacia el desarrollo sostenible en el destino

Abstract

El desarrollo de la actividad empresarial genera importantes impactos económicos, sociales y medioambientales en un destino, tanto positivos como negativos. Así, en los últimos años se viene hablando de conceptos como el desarrollo sostenible y la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC), ambos aplicados a cualquier tipo de destino y empresas de un área geográfica. En este sentido, la RSC en las empresas ha alcanzado una gran importancia para alcanzar el desarrollo sostenible en un destino específico, y es considerada una herramienta de gestión empresarial, que tiene como objetivo la toma de decisiones a través de los valores éticos, el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales y el respeto hacia el medio ambiente, las personas y la sociedad.
