Principios de una administración electrónica avanzada

Abstract

El desarrollo de la Sociedad de la Información, con su sustento basado en la evolución de las Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación (TIC), más las aportaciones de la Nueva Gestión Pública que propugnan la introducción en las Administraciones Públicas (AAPP) las innovaciones de gestión y tecnológicas desarrolladas en el ámbito de las empresas privadas, ha hecho que la implantación de la Administración Electrónica (AE) sea uno de los elementos más importantes en la agenda de reformas de las AAPP. Este artículo analiza los principios en que debe basarse la implantación de una Administración Electrónica avanzada en la Sociedad de la Información, para que se obtenga una Administración eficaz y que ofrezca servicios públicos que satisfagan a los ciudadanos.
