Los alcances de los nuevos programas informáticos para el desarrollo de la econometría

Abstract

El presente ensayo, es una aproximación de la econometría a la informática, mostrando su origen e importancia para las Ciencias Económicas, pero principalmente para el investigador y analista de datos. Pasando brevemente por su historia y los dilemas que a enfrentado en la economía. Pretende así, ser una guía completa que repasa los principales programas informáticos en econometría con sus respectivos enlaces WEB para que puedan ser descargados conforme al uso que se le quiera dar. Así, esta guía mostrará las ventajas y falencias de cada uno de ellos. Siempre entregando un fundamento de que este tipo de programas son un complemento y no reemplaza a la econometría como técnica fundamental en la investigación científica.
