La evolución del liderazgo en la administración

Abstract

En esta investigación hablaremos del principio del liderazgo y como a ido evolucionando con el transcurso del tiempo, al mismo tiempo se de una explicación de los diferentes tipos y actividades que aplica un administrador en forma general para poder desempeñar un liderazgo que sea efectivo en la organización, también se mencionan los principales componentes con los que deberá contar el administrador para que pueda ser considerado líder, a su vez se nombra un modelo de liderazgo conformado por 4 roles que realizara para así crear un liderazgo efectivo y en dado caso de estar llevando algún tipo diferente mejorarlo.
