Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación, conoceremos más lo que trata el liderazgo en la organización y las distintas maneras o conceptos que se le da y los diferentes enfoques que tienen cada uno. Para poder tener un enfoque más claro acerca de cómo debe desempeñarse un líder o un gerente de una empresa en diferentes áreas de trabajo. Así como también la función y rol que realiza la persona que ocupe el puesto de gerente, su comportamiento y después de desarrollar cada uno de los puntos, llegar a una conclusión incluso crear un nuevo o diferente paradigma que se tiene acerca de la función de un gerente-líder en una organización. Conocer de qué manera se puede influir en las personas con mayor éxito, para lograr el desarrollo óptimo de los trabajadores en sus áreas laborales, y por supuesto que exista un ambiente organizacional inmejorable para laborar dentro de la empresa.
