Abstract

En este articulo se presenta la evolución del estudio de la conducta humana en las organizaciones, el impacto que ha tenido a través de la historia, y la importancia que tiene actualmente los problemas actuales a los que se enfrenta la organización ante una nueva sociedad competidora, se analizan los problemas internos y externos que afectan el bienestar del trabajador y especialmente en la productividad de la organización.
