Abstract

Es un breve análisis para orientar y poder efectuar un Balanced scoredcard en tiempo de crisis, dicha herramienta se basa en las aportaciones de sus creadores: Robert Kaplán y David Norton; en este sistema que trata de llevar a la práctica una mejor toma de decisiones que nos oriente hacia donde podemos mejorar la empresa, el factor del jefe de proyecto es esencial ante la organización, el informarle al usuario que esta no es una herramienta para dejar de recibir sus servicios y que lo crean es muy importante para que la herramienta sea la más clara, no olvidemos que el área de contratación será punta de lanza para el mejor de desarrollo una vez que el empleado haya pasado por el proceso de reclutamiento y selección y una vez ya laborando cada departamento deberá de tener en cuenta las métricas más adecuadas para el mejor posicionamiento dentro de la organización sin olvidar un resultado corporativo que al final es lo que va a regir este indicador.
