La Intervención Psico-Organizacional En La Empresa. Una Reflexión Epistemológica, Teórica, Metodológica Y Práctica

Abstract

El estudio de las organizaciones laborales es un tema de gran relevancia para las ciencias psicológicas y en especial para la psicología de las organizaciones, debido al valor que le imprime no solo al profesional de la psicología sino también al propio sujeto organizacional, en el establecimiento de sus múltiples relaciones con sus semejantes y el medio en el cual se inserta. Esta situación adquiere mayor riqueza si lo enfocamos desde la propia intervención psico-organizacional, dándonos la posibilidad de construir un conocimiento bastante acabado sobre nuestras empresas, si somos capaces de analizarlo de diversas aristas como son lo epistemológico, lo teórico, lo metodológico y lo práctico.
