Abstract

La crisis económica que está viviendo el mundo, trajo consigo una serie de cambios tanto financieros como productivos, donde la economía global no volverá a ser como la concebimos hasta hoy. Por lo cual las medidas adoptadas por los gobernantes de los países implicados deberán estar sustentadas en una concertación global para afrontar la crisis económica, salir de ella y enfrentar consigo el nuevo orden de la economía, enfatizando en el bienestar de millones de personas. Una de las zonas más afectadas por el actual desequilibrio económico es la Unión Europea (UE) donde provocó una importante reducción de la actividad económica.
