Abstract

La dinámica dentro de la Globalización nos obliga a mejorar nuestros modelos culturales con la finalidad de lograr la eficiencia en las relaciones de negocios tanto a nivel global, como a nivel internacional e inclusive local. Esto lo podemos lograr a través de la inteligencia cultural, cuyo concepto se conoce como la habilidad natural del hombre para adaptarse a las culturas diferentes. En muchos negocios a nivel mundial se fracasa, precisamente por el desconocimiento de este concepto. Es necesario que quienes se involucran en los negocios o en cualquier departamento de las empresas, adquieran las habilidades y traducirlas a herramientas imprescindibles para poder interactuar e identificarse plenamente con integrantes de culturas diferentes.
