Abstract

Como consecuencia de la crisis desatada en 1929, los gobiernos de los países centrales comenzaron con una serie de leyes que tendieron a la reglamentación de los mercados de capitales en el mundo, tendientes a reglar las condiciones de emisión, información y transacción de los instrumentos financieros, tanto en el mercado primario como en el mercado secundario.
