Abstract

Los avances tecnológicos y el desarrollo económico generadores de conflictos, desigualdades y desequilibrios, ameritan la respuesta de una parte de la ciencia jurídica que integra los conflictos sociales, específicamente los concebidos en el marco de la Propiedad Intelectual. En el trabajo se realiza una caracterización del sistema de la propiedad intelectual en el marco de las actuales relaciones económicas internacionales, teniendo en cuenta la erosión del poder regulatorio de los Estados nacionales, el injerencismo de las transnacionales en el manejo de las políticas económico-financieras en el ámbito nacional, así como el reduccionismo jurídico en las relaciones económicas en materia de Derecho de Autor y Propiedad Industrial.
